SERVICE CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT REFUND POLICY

Patient can cancel the services and take refund if he does not want to take the services for which he has booked the appointment or services not being availed by the patient.

Patient has to first cancel the services then he can claim refund of full amount any time before the scheduled appointment.

PROCESS FOR CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

In case of cancellation of any services, patient has to contact to Shrimann Superspeciality Hospital any time at +911815017777 or info@shrimannhospitals.com and make a request for cancellation.

The authority of the Hospital will review the request and initiate the refund with in 24hrs of receiving such request.

THE PROCESS OF REFUND IS AS FOLLOWS

After receiving cancellation request, the hospital authority will initiate refund against the services cancelled only.

100% refund would be transferred to patient’s account within 3 working from the date of cancelation request. Patient has to provide it’s bank detail & ID proof for initiating refund through NEFT/RTGS and will be subject to payment terms of services booked only.
